     The focus of this presentation will be to present and analyze the development of metallo-phosphorus dendrimers as new anticancer agents with original mechanism of action. Based on these anticancer activities, we developed original polycationic phosphorus dendrimers and dendrons as new anticancer agents. Interestingly, several of them, but with different chemical structure, showed antimycobacterial activities as first-in-class agents against tuberculosis. In addition, main structure-activity relationships will be also presented for the different chemical series related to biological activities.
